What lanes do you haul?
We provide comprehensive coverage across the U.S., with the exceptions of Montana, North Dakota, Maine, New York City, and Southern Florida.
Do you have a 3PL sector?
Yes, we offer 3PL services through our affiliate, and we prioritize your preferences – we only outsource to other carriers with your direct approval. Check it out here!
Do you offer Cross-Border shipping?
We do not offer cross-border shipping services.
Do you have Drop Trailer Pool capability?
Yes! We operate over 650 53-foot refrigerated trailers, and we have the capacity to support drop trailer pools. Our drop trailer options allow you to have seamless pickups and deliveries as well as short-term storage solutions.
Do you offer warehousing?
Yes, we do offer short-term warehousing. This is through our refrigerated trailer pool. You can lease one of our trailers to support your temperature-controlled storage needs temporarily. Our proprietary monitoring technology is integrated with all of our trailers allowing you to check the temperature of these trailers remotely and ensure your product integrity.
How many trucks do you have?
We operate a modern fleet of 350 trucks, featuring the latest Freightliner Cascadias. We renew our fleet every 12 months to maintain peak efficiency and reliability.
How do you monitor loads?
We monitor loads using our proprietary technology. This tech allows us to track and control the temperature of your freight and also provides alerts the moment anything changes so that we can be proactive about protecting it.
What does your Customer Support look like?
We have a dedicated customer support representative for every customer. This means you will speak to the same person every time. We understand the need for trust, especially with temperature-controlled freight, and having a dedicated representative who understands your unique needs helps to provide that.
